United Methodist Women is an integral part of the United Methodist Church whose purpose is to turn faith, hope and love into action. We are a mission organization which focuses on women, children and youth in our local community as well as on national and international levels.
Our projects include: donations to Hospice, Providence Home, MATCH (mothers and their children – prison ministry in Raleigh), local church ministry, serving lunch to Habitat workers, preparing and serving Lenten lunch, preparing school kits, collecting items for a basket to be auctioned for Children’s Home, tea for residents of Autumn Care, collect soup labels, box tops for education and can tabs.
